You live abroad. Your parent is growing older in France.
The time difference, news that arrives late, doctors you can't reach, and that recurring question: “are they really all right?”. I become your trusted contact in France: I keep in touch with your parent, coordinate the people involved, and keep you informed, wherever you are.
1What I do for you
- Regular contact with your parent, by phone or video: how they are, their mood, their needs.
- Coordinating the people involved: GP, nurse, home helper, pharmacy, care home. I make sure everyone has the right information.
- Following up on paperwork: appointments to book, files to chase, support to set up.
- A written report every month, and an immediate alert if something worries me.
- A catch-up call with you, at a time that suits you, whatever your time zone.
2And when someone is needed on site?
In the Indre and around Châteauroux, I can go in person: visits, accompanying a medical appointment, being there in hospital.
Elsewhere in France, I don't travel myself. Instead, I help you find and coordinate the right local services (home help, district nurse, meal delivery), and remain your single point of contact so you don't have to manage everything from abroad.
I am not an emergency service. In a serious situation, the emergency services (15 or 112) remain the first call. My role is to spot early when something is wrong, and to let you know.
3With respect for your parent
Your parent stays at the centre. Nothing happens without their agreement, and I never decide for them. If you wish, I can be appointed as their trusted person under French law (article L1111-6 of the Public Health Code), which allows me to support them in their healthcare.
4Fees
Regular contact, coordination, monthly report and catch-up with the family. The exact fee depends on the frequency of contact and the number of people to coordinate, and is agreed together during the free first call. Cancellable at any time. On-site visits (Indre and surroundings) are charged separately.

My parent doesn't live in the Indre, can you help?
Yes, all the follow-up and coordination is done remotely, anywhere in France. Only in-person visits are limited to the Indre and its surroundings.
When can we talk?
We schedule our calls around your time zone, by phone or video.
Does my parent have to agree?
Yes, always. I meet them (by video or in person) from the start, and nothing is put in place without their consent.
Do you manage their money or accounts?
No. I do not manage your relatives' money or bank accounts. If legal protection is needed (curatorship, guardianship), I refer you to the right contacts.
