Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms of service govern the relationship between Florian Lallier, operating independently as a trusted companion within the meaning of article L1111-6 of the French Public Health Code, and any person using his services (hereafter "the client").

2. Services offered

• One-off support — €90 / appointment
• Remote Watch — €99 / month, no minimum commitment
• Regular support (Follow-up) — €250 / month, 3 appointments included, €75 per additional appointment
• Emergency intervention — €120 / intervention

Full details of each formula are presented on the homepage. Applicable rates are those in effect on the date of the service.

3. Booking an appointment

Any request may be made by phone, email or via the website's contact form. Florian Lallier commits to responding within 48 hours. A first conversation, free and with no commitment, helps define your needs and the most suitable formula.

4. Rates, invoicing and payment

Florian Lallier operates under the French micro-entrepreneur status; VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable by bank transfer within 15 days of issue.

5. Travel costs

Interventions in Châteauroux and its immediate surrounding area do not incur additional costs. Beyond that, travel costs may apply; they are communicated and agreed with the client before any intervention.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Below this notice period, the planned service may be invoiced in full, except in cases of force majeure or a medical emergency affecting the client.

7. Termination

The Remote Watch formula, with no minimum commitment, may be cancelled at any time by simple email, effective at the end of the current month. For other formulas, termination terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the support provided.

8. Nature and limits of the mission

Florian Lallier acts as a trusted companion, in a role of support, listening and coordination. He is not a healthcare professional, makes no diagnosis and provides no medical care. He does not substitute his own judgment for the client's will, except in cases provided for by law — article L1111-6 of the French Public Health Code and the Claeys-Leonetti Act of 2 February 2016 — when the person being supported is no longer able to express their will.

9. Confidentiality

Any information brought to the knowledge of Florian Lallier in the course of his mission is strictly confidential, in accordance with the code of ethics and the site's privacy policy.

10. Insurance

Florian Lallier holds professional liability insurance, and the certificate can be provided upon request.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first; failing agreement, the courts of Châteauroux shall have sole jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance

Any request for service, whether written or verbal, implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of service.
