Your paperwork, without getting lost
Endless forms, incomprehensible letters, websites that keep changing: paperwork is exhausting, especially as we get older. I help you understand, gather the right documents and move your files forward, at home and at your own pace.
1The most common procedures
- Mail: opening and sorting it together, explaining each letter, preparing replies, never missing a deadline.
- Follow-ups: chasing files with agencies until an answer arrives.
- Medical appointments: booking, rescheduling and reminders for the GP, specialists or the hospital.
- Health: Ameli account, Carte Vitale, Mon Espace Santé, reimbursements, top-up health insurance.
- Income and housing: pension fund, CAF, tax return, housing benefits.
- Moving into a care home: admission file, possible support, documents to gather.
2How I work
- We take stock: you show me your papers, I explain where you stand and what remains to be done.
- We gather the supporting documents and fill in the forms together.
- We send the file, online or by post, and keep a copy of everything.
- I follow up: reminders, replies, meetings with the organisation if needed.
3What I do, and what I don't
- I help you understand and act. You stay in control: I never sign anything on your behalf.
- I am neither a social worker, a lawyer nor a court-appointed guardian. If your situation requires it, I refer you to the right contact (CCAS, county council, social worker).
- I cannot guarantee that an allowance will be granted: the organisation decides. But a complete, well-presented file has a better chance of being processed quickly.
- Your documents remain strictly confidential.
4What about online services?
Many procedures are now online only. I help you create and use your accounts (Ameli, impots.gouv, CAF, Mon Espace Santé), step by step, so that you become more independent rather than relying on someone every time.
5Fees
A support session (reviewing your papers, forms, sending) is charged as a one-off accompaniment. For a demanding file (full MDPH application, care home admission), I offer a free quote. Travel costs added outside Châteauroux.
See all plansFrequently asked questions
Can you come to my home?
Yes, I visit you at home in Châteauroux and the Indre. It is often simpler: all your papers are to hand.
Can my children follow the progress?
Yes, with your consent, I can keep them informed of how your files are progressing.
Do you handle everything for me?
We do the paperwork together. I prepare, explain and follow up the files, but the decisions and signatures remain yours.
What if I don't know what support I'm entitled to?
During the free first conversation, we look at your situation and I point out the options to explore and the organisations to contact.
